Bring a piece of Seattle’s modern city energy into your space with an original Monorail fine-art photograph by Chris Fabregas. The image combines architecture, movement, and one of the city’s most recognizable transportation landmarks into wall art that feels at home in a modern office, living room, entryway, media room, or Pacific Northwest collection.
The Monorail gives the photograph a strong sense of motion while the surrounding architecture keeps the composition clean and graphic. It works equally well for longtime Seattle residents, people who have moved away, architecture enthusiasts, and collectors building a Pacific Northwest gallery wall.
Choose your medium
Museum Grade Inkjet Paper: traditional fine-art paper for custom framing.
Canvas: textured gallery presentation with a classic art feel.
Metal: sleek contemporary finish with crisp detail.
Acrylic: polished premium presentation with depth and visual impact.
Sizes currently range from 8×12 through 40×60 in the live selector, so the image can work as a desk-area accent or a large statement piece.
Edition and authenticity
Museum-grade inkjet paper: open edition.
Canvas: limited to 50 prints total across all offered sizes.
Metal: limited to 50 prints total across all offered sizes.
Acrylic: limited to 50 prints total across all offered sizes.
Every qualifying limited-edition canvas, metal, and acrylic print includes a serialized Certificate of Authenticity signed by Chris Fabregas. Once all 50 prints in a medium have been produced, that medium’s edition is closed.
Display ideas
Use a smaller paper print beside bookshelves or a desk, or choose a larger metal or acrylic format for a contemporary office or loft. The linear architecture and urban subject also pair well with Seattle skyline photography, Space Needle artwork, and other cityscape images.
Artist’s perspective
“I was drawn to the rhythm of the city after dark, when architecture becomes a pattern of light and familiar streets feel cinematic. I created this photograph to hold the energy of the place while still leaving room for quiet observation.” — Chris Fabregas
Made to order
Each physical artwork is made to order. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for production before shipment. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Shipping, returns, and presentation
Artwork is packaged using protective materials appropriate to its medium and size. If an order arrives damaged, contact Chris Fabregas Fine Art Photography within 5 days of delivery with clear photographs of the artwork and all packaging. Full conditions are available in the Refund Policy.
Because physical artwork is made to order, sales are final except for qualifying damage claims. Room scenes, frames, mats, and lifestyle images are presentation mockups unless specifically included. Scale is approximate and color may vary slightly between screens and finished materials.
Start with the wall, not the frame. For artwork above a sofa, bed, console, or desk, a piece or grouping around two-thirds to three-quarters of the furniture width is a useful starting point.
Panoramic photographs are especially effective on wide walls above sofas, desks, dining tables, headboards, and consoles because the artwork follows the horizontal proportions of the furniture below.
Room mockups are styling references and proportions vary from room to room. Measure your wall and furniture before ordering, and use the Ask a Question form if you would like help choosing a size.
SHIPPING
Each piece is made to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before shipment. This production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Shipping is available within the United States. Because larger fine art pieces require special packaging and insurance, final shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary by size and destination.
Acrylic, metal, and canvas prints are carefully shipped using protective wood or cardboard boxes, while fine art paper prints are securely sent in shipping tubes or flat boxes to help ensure safe arrival.
RETURNS
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of the artwork, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Chris Fabregas Photography within 5 days of delivery. Please include photos of both the packaging and the artwork so we can quickly arrange a replacement.
Each artwork is made to order with care and attention to detail. Choose from museum-grade fine art paper, canvas, metal, and acrylic, then select the size that best fits your space.
Larger-format pieces are produced as premium limited editions. When applicable, your artwork includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity documenting the title and edition number.

Artist Statement
The Seattle Monorail has always felt like a small piece of the future that became part of the everyday city. I took this photograph because I liked the contrast between its smooth movement and the fixed architecture around it. Timing the train in the right position gave the image its energy, and I wanted it to feel like Seattle in motion.
Photo was needed to complete my Los Angeles Dodgers 2024 championship wall. And this photo very high quality, picture was the perfect fit to what I had in mind for my wall. Simply amazing photo!
This is a beautiful photo and view and also special to us because where it was taken is where our children live; and when we visit them, we can enjoy the same view real time!
Great communication with Chris and fast delivery. It's such a good quality and my family and friends had given so many compliments....Thanks Chris Fabregas.
This canvass is both beautiful and inspirational. I will buy more. I feel so lucky to send them as gifts. Even the careful packaging was perfect with a nice note. Thank you so much!
We met Chris at an art show and fell in love with his work! We decided to buy the Surfer piece a year later and he remembered us. He was very helpful in helping us choose the best material to print on. Also, he was considerate in making sure the print was delivered successfully. Can’t wait to buy another piece in the future! Thanks Chris!
Couldn’t be happier with the way the picture came out. Looks amazing in my office and reminds me ever time I look at it about the amazing time I had with my dad at game 1 of the series. Thank you again Chris for helping choose the right print and for getting it to me so quickly.
This print is top quality! I was at this game so I share very deep connections with this photo but it is just a gorgeous view of DTLA and the ravine. The score box and comment on the bottom help add context to this historical game. I bought a 11.75x36 frame from Michael's, so you will have to trim the photo a little but adding a frame just makes this thing look much much more beautiful. GREAT GREAT photo! Will definitely consider future photos of the stadium!!
The perfect piece for this section of my living room! The canvas came out great, and it came with the proper equipment to mount on the wall. Might have to buy a 2nd one to gift a family member! Go Dodgers!
Wow, I am in love with this Seattle Skyline print! I’ve always enjoyed my time in Seattle, and I wanted to get a piece that reminded me of all the great memories I made in the Emerald City. Without a doubt, this print does that and then some! Chris Fabregas is an amazing photographer. His photos look great online, but WAY better in person. Plus the whole purchasing experience was quick and easy. The print was packaged so nicely that it arrived in perfect condition. So happy!
We had a great experience working with Chris Fabregas and we want to thank him for taking such beautiful photographs of the Yosemite National Park. Chris is a very talented and professional photographer. He realized the attachment our family has to Yosemite National Park, and he made the effort to travel there to capture such beautiful photographs for us. I don’t know any photographer that goes out of their way to make such a personal effort for customers. What we learned about Chris throughout the process was that he wants the photographs to be very personal to his customers. He likes to add meaning to his photographs, so that they reflect such depth when they are displayed in your home or office. What we especially love about the photographs we purchased is that they are not the cliche pictures of the Yosemite valley. These photographs were well thought out shots of some beautiful and powerful landmarks in the park. Our family will be contacting Chris for any professional photography in the future.
This is the 2nd piece of art that I purchase from Chris Fabregas. As long as you continue to put out these beautiful photos, I will continue to purchase.
This is the absolute perfect gift for my son who attended this game!
The photo perfectly frames The landscape of Seattle. What a way to Commemorate this special event.
I am looking forward to seeing the look on his face when he opens this gift at Christmas!
I am so excited to have my Chris Fabregas print of Seattle and the Sounders MLS Championship. I show everyone who comes over and they all want one. It really is fantastic! Thank you!
Picture is just beautiful. I was bred born and raised in LA. This is one of the most iconic views ever, when you see it.
Thank you Chris for sharing your talent!
The Dodger Opening Day 2019 photo is top notch. The rich color and significance of the photo is a comparable. I really enjoy owning this beautiful piece.
This photo is amazing!!the quality is beautiful!it was shipped quickly and packed well.thank you so much for bringing this moment to life in this photograph!!
We are thrilled to have this beautiful piece of art in our home. We are huge Dodger fans and to be able to have a piece of history like this that comes alive and makes you feel as if you are standing at Dodger stadium is spectacular. Every time you walk by you experience something that you had not seen before. We are looking forward to purchasing additional art work from Chris.
Love the print. Chris was exceptionally helpful in both his insight and in accommodating delivery. Excellent communication from Chris allowed us to decide on the print that best suits us.
Quality of the print is amazing. It’s both a print and art. Perfect for a dodger fan but great in that it also captures downtown Los Angeles, sunset and the so cal traffic.
Highly recommend.
Had a great experience receiving the picture. Ups messed up and the communication and outcome was great from michael.
I was so excited to receive it . Now it is getting the love it needs a pro framer. Excited to show it off in my home
The photo is a beautiful memory of my attendance at Game 1 of the 2024 World Series. That is the night that this photo was captured. The Dodgers won that game with a Freddie Freeman walk off grand slam with two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning. 💙
